Plans & fit

Transparent pricing, without the fake anchor number.

We do not publish a headline price because an honest quote depends on your environment. Here is exactly what shapes it — and who we fit.

What shapes your quote

Five straightforward drivers

No hidden formulas. These are the factors we walk through together during a fit assessment.

Users & accounts

How many people need support and secure accounts.

Devices

The number of laptops, desktops and servers to manage and protect.

Sites

One office or several locations and remote workers.

Support window

Business hours coverage versus extended expectations.

Complexity

Legacy systems, specialized apps and existing technical debt.

Our pricing philosophy

Fair, fixed and explained

  • A single, fair fixed monthly fee — so support never feels metered.
  • A quote only after a short fit assessment, never a guess to anchor you.
  • Hardware and third-party licensing passed through transparently at cost.
  • No long lock-in traps; we earn the relationship each quarter.

The honest short version

If you have roughly 5–75 people, rely on Microsoft 365, and want one accountable local partner, we are very likely a strong fit. A 20-minute call is enough for both of us to know.

If you need a 24/7 security operations center or the rock-bottom cheapest break/fix, we will tell you plainly and point you in a better direction.

Pricing questions

Straight answers about cost

  • Why don’t you list prices on the site?

Because an honest number depends on your users, devices, sites, support window and complexity. Publishing a headline figure would either mislead or anchor you. We give a clear fixed quote after a short assessment.

  • Is it a fixed monthly fee?

Yes. Ongoing managed IT is a predictable flat fee so day-to-day support never feels like it is on a meter. Hardware and third-party licenses are passed through at cost.

  • Are there long contracts?

We keep terms straightforward and avoid lock-in traps. Our aim is to be the partner you keep because the service is good, not because leaving is painful.

  • What if we only need one project?

We can scope focused engagements — a Microsoft 365 cleanup, a network review or a security-key rollout — as well as ongoing management. We will recommend the honest fit.

Start with a 20-minute fit call

A straight conversation about what is and is not working. No scare pitch, no obligation.

What happens next

  • A short, no-pressure fit call to understand your environment
  • A plain-English summary of what we would look at first
  • A clear recommendation — even if that is not Granite Peak
