How it works
A calm, documented path — from first call to steady state.
No dramatic rip-and-replace. We stabilize what hurts, build a baseline, and improve on a schedule you can see.
The five steps
What working with us looks like
1 · Discover
We inventory your accounts, devices, network and Microsoft 365 tenant, and listen to what actually frustrates the team. Nothing changes yet.
2 · Stabilize
We fix the loudest recurring problems first so day-to-day friction drops quickly and trust is earned before bigger changes.
3 · Baseline
We put the core security layers in place — identity, devices, network, backup and documentation — and record what is done and who owns it.
4 · Improve
We work a prioritized roadmap against risk and budget, tackling the highest-impact items in a sensible order rather than all at once.
5 · Report
You get plain-English reporting and a quarterly review, so you always know what is protected, what is next and why.
Onboarding questions
What to expect
How long does onboarding take?
Most small environments stabilize within the first few weeks, with the baseline and roadmap taking shape over the first couple of months. We move at a pace that does not disrupt your team.
Will there be downtime when we switch?
We plan transitions to avoid gaps in support. We document what we inherit and stabilize before making changes, so the handover is calm rather than disruptive.
What do you need from us to start?
A short kickoff conversation, administrative access to your core systems, and a point of contact on your side. We guide you through the rest.
Start with a 20-minute fit call
A straight conversation about what is and is not working. No scare pitch, no obligation.
