How it works
A calm, documented process
- 1
Assess
We identify what data exists and what truly must be recoverable.
- 2
Prioritize
We set recovery objectives and order with you (RPO/RTO).
- 3
Protect
We put backups and offsite, tamper-resistant copies in place.
- 4
Verify
We test restores on a schedule and record the results.
- 5
Report
You get regular confirmation that recovery actually works.
Security is built in
Backups that have never been restored are a hope, not a control. Tested restores, offsite copies that cannot be quietly deleted, and a written recovery order are exactly what insurers and customers look for — and what turns an incident into an inconvenience.
What you receive
A sample of the documentation
RPO / RTO recovery worksheet
A working document that captures how much data you can afford to lose, how quickly each system must return, and the order of recovery — filled in with you, never with invented numbers.

FAQ
Common questions
Straight answers about price, switching, timing and scope.
Isn’t Microsoft 365 already backed up?
Microsoft keeps the service running, but recovering your data after accidental deletion, a compromised account or retention gaps is your responsibility. A dedicated backup closes that gap.
What is the difference between backup and continuity?
Backup is having a copy of your data. Continuity is being able to keep operating — the right data, in the right order, fast enough to matter. We plan for both.
Which backup product do you use?
We stay vendor-neutral until a backup stack is selected for the way your business works. We will explain the choice in plain English before committing.
How often do you test restores?
On an agreed schedule, with documented results. The point is to find problems during a test, not during a real emergency.
